These terms apply to the website at zsamm.cc. The ZSAMM mobile app is not yet released; when it launches it will have its own terms of service. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Joining the waitlist means we’ll email you when ZSAMM launches. It does not create an account, reserve anything, or guarantee that the app — or any particular feature, platform or launch date — will be available. You can leave the waitlist at any time (see the privacy policy).

The ZSAMM name, logo and the content of this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them for your own products or branding without permission. Descriptions of the app are previews of work in progress and may change before release.

This site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
